1. What this covers
This page explains how to delete your account on Zignio, the Android app published on Google Play by Zignio LLC, and the data linked to it. You can do it from the app or, if you no longer have it, by email.
2. From the app
Open Zignio, go to Profile and tap Delete my account. Confirm with Delete permanently. The account is deleted right away.
3. Without the app, by email
If you no longer have the app installed, write to support@zignio.app from your Zignio account's email address, which is the one of the Google account you sign in with, with the subject “Delete my account”.
We will reply to that same address to confirm the request is yours. Once you confirm, we will delete the account within 30 days at most and let you know by email. Do not send passwords or access codes: we will never ask for them.
4. What is deleted
Your designs and all their images, including AI-generated ones; your AI generation conversations; your favourites; and whatever your screens were showing, which are unlinked and stop playing.
Your identity in Zignio: your name, your email address, your password and the link to your Google account. All your sessions are closed and your email address becomes free to sign up again if you wish.
5. What is kept and for how long
The record of your credits and purchases, with no personal data attached. We keep it anonymised for as long as accounting and tax obligations require, and to handle claims or refunds; it cannot identify you or give access to the account.
Database backups are taken daily and removed automatically after 14 days. During that time they may contain data from an account that has already been deleted, and they are used only to restore the service after a failure.
A screen that is offline when you delete the account keeps the files it already had until it reconnects. Copies you exported outside Zignio are beyond our control.
6. Your Google Play subscription
Deleting your account or uninstalling the app does not cancel the subscription. To stop future renewals, open Google Play > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions, select Zignio and tap Cancel subscription.
7. Deleting only some data
You do not need to delete the account to remove part of your data. In the app, open My designs, tap the options button (⋮) on the design, choose Delete and confirm. The design is deleted right away together with its images; database backups follow the 14-day period in section 5.
