1. Operator and scope
These terms concern Zignio, its mobile application and Zignio Player for compatible screens. The service operator is Zignio LLC, in the United States. You can contact us at support@zignio.app. Its address is 30 N Gould St, STE R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA (Wyoming).
The website is informational: it presents the applications and their uses. This version does not provide sign-in, design editing, access to account data or purchasing through the landing page.
2. What Zignio provides
The mobile app supports preparing designs using templates or AI features, personalizing content and managing publication to linked devices. Zignio Player displays received content on compatible screens or players.
Available features depend on the version, compatibility, plan and service configuration. Operation on every television, specific business results, uninterrupted availability and the suitability of every generated output for publication are not guaranteed. Zignio does not provide medical, legal or financial advice.
3. Accounts and devices
Users must provide accurate details, protect credentials and pairing codes, and have authority to act for the business and use its screens. Access that enables unauthorized publication must not be shared.
Users choose where to display designs and must check that the screen, location, audience and content are appropriate. Access should be removed from devices that are sold, lost or no longer managed.
4. Images, prompts and AI generation
Users are responsible for the instructions they write, the files they supply and the uses they choose for outputs. They must hold the required permissions for photographs, trademarks, text, music and people’s likenesses, and must not submit confidential information or third-party personal data without a legitimate basis.
Outputs may contain errors, incorrect text, invented elements or similarities to existing works, brands or people. Before publishing, users must review prices, promotions, claims, rights and audience suitability. Generation is not fact-checking, rights clearance or a guarantee of exclusivity or copyright protection.
Users are responsible for infringements arising from their inputs and publication decisions to the extent required by law. This does not remove Zignio’s duties concerning its own conduct, data protection, security or other liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
5. Content rights
Users retain the rights they hold in their inputs. Using the service does not transfer ownership of their photographs or designs to Zignio. To perform requested functions, users authorize hosting, processing, technical adaptation and transmission to their selected devices and necessary service providers.
This authorization is limited to delivering the service and is not a general permission to use private content in advertising. Third-party templates, fonts and assets retain their licensing conditions. Zignio’s brand, software and proprietary elements are not transferred to users.
6. Prohibited uses
The service must not be used for illegal content, child exploitation, threats, harassment, impersonation, fraud, misleading advertising or infringement of copyright, trademarks, privacy or likeness rights. Distributing malware, accessing others’ accounts or bypassing technical controls is also prohibited.
Health, financial, food-related or other regulated communications must comply with applicable rules and authorizations. Zignio does not automatically validate those claims.
7. Plans, credits and purchases
Where paid features are offered, prices, limits, credits, duration and renewal conditions must be disclosed before purchase confirmation. This document does not promise unlimited generations, permanent free access or features outside the selected plan.
Purchases processed by Google Play are managed under the conditions disclosed at purchase and applicable legal rights. Uninstalling the app does not cancel a subscription. These terms do not impose a blanket exclusion of refunds or consumer rights.
8. Availability, restrictions and complaints
Connectivity, devices, maintenance and external providers may affect the service. Keep copies of materials you need to retain. Immediate synchronization or continuous playback in all circumstances is not promised.
Proportionate measures may be taken to address security risks, unlawful use or breaches, subject to the law and users’ rights. To request a review of a restriction or report content, email support@zignio.app.
9. Liability, changes and governing law
Each party is responsible for its conduct under applicable law. Nothing in these terms seeks to exclude non-waivable liability, restrict mandatory rights or grant the provider an absolute exemption for AI use.
Important changes to these terms will be communicated appropriately, respecting acquired rights and protections under applicable law.
